For those interested our Freshers’ Week event will be on the 16th of September.
It will be in Appleton Tower Lecture Theater 5 from 6:00pm to 9:30pm probably followed by the normal visit to a pub.
We will be showing a variety of episodes, the line up is as follows:
Cowboy Bebop (Mushroom Samba)
Martian Successor Nadesico
Excel Saga
Escaflowne
Mongrels
Seems like a good line up to me.

Also unfortunately we don’t have a stall at the Freshers’ Fair this year but apparently various committee members will be wondering around so keep an eye out for them if you are looking to join. If you don’t spot them don’t worry memberships can most likely be sorted out at the event (another good reason to come to the event) or even the first week of the regular meetings.
